ためした人からキレイが始まる！

今週も始まりました。
いよいよ6月も折り返し。梅雨のジメジメに負けないよう頑張りたいところですよね。
さて、こんな時は敢えて色々チャレンジしてみることをおすすめします。
天気が悪いと「晴れた日にしようか！」
なんかダルいから「元気になったらにしようか！」
お金がないと「貯まったらにしようか！」
太ってしまうと「痩せてからにしようか！」
今日からでなく「明日から頑張ろうっか！」
などなど・・・
1日24時間。どうしても先にのばしてしまうことって沢山あると思います。ですが身体的にも精神的にもしんどくてしんどくて…という時以外は極力「いま」「せめて48時間以内」に行うように心がけるって、大事なのかなって思います。
『でも』
という言葉がすごく嫌いです。
言い訳を1つ1つと重ねていくと、知らないうちに自分に陰が出来てしまうもの。自分では気づかなくても敏感な人ならすぐに気づかれます。暗いオーラが漂う人に人は敢えて近寄ろうとはしません。
だとすれば、暗くならないように常に自分に灯りをともしてあげたらいいなって思います。
人は灯りのあるところを常に求めて生きています。みなさんの灯火に心が動かされる人はきっと沢山いるはずです。
ここで間違ってはいけないのが、明るい＝元気！とは違います。
よく喋る、よく笑う、声が大きい、笑顔が素敵。。これらが揃っていたら素敵です。ですがこれだけが輝きではありません。魅力ではありません。無理して笑ったり、無理して大きな声で喋ったりする必要などないのです。
ただ大事なのは、自分が持っているパーソナリティを輝けるように引き出すことです。
チャーミングな笑顔であってもいい。クールでも心優しいまなざしでもいい。
その人の魅力は人それぞれ違います。
本日のタイトルにあるように、何かをやってみよう、チャレンジしてみよう、って思えることがあるのなら、是非とも今すぐためして見てほしいです。
色を取り入れることもそう。自分に合ったスタイルを知ることもそう。髪のお手入れも、お肌のお手入れもそう。
どれをとっても自分の魅力を補ってくれるものばかり。。
正直いらないものなんてないんだと思います。
私は最近毎日のようにいろんな人と会って話して笑っています。
実は一見得意そうに見られますが、集団行動は苦手だったりします。なので親しい人にはすぐに見抜かれてしまうのです。気を遣いすぎだって。自分ではそんな風に思っていないのですが、どこかで緊張しているんでしょうね。
でも自分から飛び込んだお陰で、今は毎日がとても新鮮です。苦しいことも、わからないことも、正直沢山あります。ですがなによりチャレンジしないでじっとしているより、ためしてみてそこでどう感じるかのほうがずっとずっと自分が輝けるてことを久しぶりに体感しました。
人生にはまだまだ新しい未知の世界がいっぱいあるんですよね。
視野の狭いところにいつまでも身をおいてばかりいては、どんなに自分にお金をかけても輝けるものも輝けません。
スッピンで勝負しよう！とは言いません（大人になると人様にご迷惑をかけるのである程度は必要ね！笑）。でも自分をさらけ出せる場や相手には、遠慮せず自分を見せてしまうことも輝くためには大事なんだと思います。私は常にそうするようにしています。自分の素を知る人ってそう滅多に出会えませんが、出会えたら大事にしてみて欲しい、そう思います。
それはそうと、
お付き合いが増えるとお酒も増える…体重も増える（笑）
夏も目の前だというのにすっかり身体が重くなってしまいました。あと1ヶ月しかないのにお付き合いは増える一方。でも言い訳はしたくないから、最近はひと駅歩いたり、夜走ったりしています。あとはどうしよう…極力身体の線の出る服を着て自分から目を逸らさないようにしたいと思います！（笑）
太ったらチュニック！これは絶対にやめようね。
太ったらボディコンワンピ！くらいな勢いでいくと、女性はぐっとキレイになると思います。
今週は能登に出張です。今日もこれから資料作成に没頭します。

I mainly enjoy them because I watch them with my 4 year old who LOVES them. Perhaps someday they’ll be edited, re-scripted and redubbed. I’ve no idea what can be done about the total air of boredom that emanates from the actors though! That’ll take serious CGI skills!

  223. Could not agree more – they could also fit in more stalls as there is a long waiting list or so I am told. A move to Castle street would be nice (so much more passing traffic).I think that unlike in other countries Farmers Markets here have a bit of an image problem of being very expensive and only for middle class foodie types. However in reality (at Edinburgh anyway) the produce is actually cheaper or equal to supermarket prices in many cases but quality is so much better.

I totally agree with you pace13,MBLAQ’s dancing is really good, actually, but something about that guys facial hair disturbs me :P And I KNOW!! 4 Minute basically have autotune for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! And now B2ST (BEAST)? Their melodies are quite nice, to be honest, but they need to cut autotune out of their lives, all of them. And I actually like SHINee’s new song. I am not a big fan of their past music, it’s just not my cup of tea, but this song isn’t half bad.Thanks for commenting! :D
